I got nipple pain from 5 months and the pain is gone to another niple i also checkup by the doctor in my town they tell nothing to worry but my nipple is always paining

It could be anything from simple pain to male breast cancer..
More history of recent change in medication ,
Some medication can lead to Gynaecomastia and Galactorrehea which can cause pain ..so details needs to be discussed ..?
H/o headache ,blurring vision ,black outs to know about any CNS lesions of pitutary gland preferrably lactotropic lesions..?
H/O cancer in ur family breast cancer or soo.?.
