Nightmare, restlessness, fatigue, mood s
I can't sleep properly am not at peace I have mood swings nd I stared hating who ever tries to talk to me. Once or twice I had sucide thought, sometimes I feel killing the person who is the reason behind this. My childhood was also not good but somehow I came over it but now from childhood what ever happened to till everything is running in my head and I feel restless, my confidence level have come down I don't feel like doing anything full day I spend on my bed just lying down.
