Hi, It sounds like your symptoms are a mix of both physical fatigue and anxiety-related exhaustion. Health anxiety can make you hyper-aware of body sensations, which increases tension and tiredness. Overexercising and irregular sleep may be adding to the cycle of fatigue and dizziness. These symptoms are common in anxiety disorders and are manageable with proper assessment and lifestyle balance.
Next Steps
1. Consult a psychiatrist for anxiety and sleep issues; also see a physician to rule out thyroid, vitamin, or anemia-related causes. 2. Ask for basic tests- CBC, TSH, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, fasting sugar. 3. Maintain consistent sleep-wake times and avoid screen use before bedtime. 4. Consider CBT therapy; if needed, short-term medication can help restore energy and focus. 5. Reduce excessive workouts- overtraining may worsen fatigue.
Health Tips
- Exercise earlier in the day; include light stretching or yoga. - Eat balanced meals on time and stay hydrated. - Avoid caffeine or nicotine in the evening. - Practice deep breathing, mindfulness, or relaxation music daily. You should go for basic blood investigation to rule out any deficiency, if everything comes to be normal then take help of psychiatrist, as this could be anxiety or depressive symptoms

The described symptoms of persistent fatigue, bodily heaviness, poor concentration, and sleepiness appear secondary to chronic anxiety and possible physiological depletion from over-exercising and irregular sleep-wake rhythm. Before labeling this purely psychiatric, a basic metabolic and vitamin work-up is warranted. In psychiatric terms, this fits within the generalized anxiety–somatic spectrum, with possible early depressive overlay. A combination of structured sleep hygiene, moderated physical activity, and mindfulness training should be the first-line approach

Hi It’s quite common for prolonged anxiety especially health anxiety to create body-wide exhaustion and heaviness. Low Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, thyroid imbalance, iron deficiency, and sleep apnea can mimic or worsen these symptoms. I’d suggest consulting a physician first for basic investigations complete blood profile, thyroid function, Vitamin D & B12 levels. If those are normal, consult a psychologist for therapy to address the anxiety loop, improve energy regulation, and rebuild concentration. Take therapy.
