Hi, I am currently taking nexito forte 20 mg at night and tranxiety 50 mg in morning. From today I have office night shifts. Should I take these medicines at same time or nexito forte in morning and tranxiety at night? Please reply

You can take the Nexito forte in the morning after finishing the shift. Continue Tranxiety as before.

Hi.. Nexito forte contains clonazepam a benzodiazepine along with escitalopram, a SSRi. So take nexito forte whenever you want to sleep.

You should not change time of medicine..suppose u r not feeling any drowsiness after having medicine.
