My baby is 14 days of age and after pooping sufficient after the birth (4-5) times now is not pooping since then. But he is urinating well.Is this the issue

A 14 days baby can poop multiple times a day and can poop once every 7-8 days both are considered normal. No need to worry.
Next Steps
watch for excessively hard stools whenever he defaecates.

Babies at ths age will pass stool once in 7 days also it’s normal . No need to worry .
Continue breast milk and do burping after each feed for 15-20 Min
