New born baby not drink enough milk
Dear doctor,
My baby is 29 days old ...since 2 days he is not drinking enough milk...first he used to drink 60-90ml Formula milk but now from 2 days he is not even drinking 30ml properly...
I had done c section...I m not getting proper breast milk ..hence doctor told me to give formula milk through spoon and katori ..I m giving like that...
He is not having fever
He is sleeping alot
He wakes every 3 hrs and drink only 15-20ml..
I m very much tensed pls tell me what to do

I can understand your concern.
If the baby is not taking milk we need to check if his urine count is less than 7 per day.
Also if you feel your supply is low ,you need to meet a Lactation Consultant to help you boost the supply .
