Hello Thanks for reaching out Low Vitamin D and especially low Vitamin B12 can sometimes contribute to low mood, tiredness, poor concentration, anxiety, and negative thinking. It is important to consult your doctor regarding treatment for these deficiencies. At the same time, the fear that something bad is going to happen is often a sign of anxiety, where the mind starts treating fears as facts. Try not to argue with every negative thought. Instead, ask yourself what evidence you have that the feared outcome will happen and whether there may be another explanation. Working on these thoughts through therapy can help reduce the cycle of fear, overthinking, and constant worry. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiency can sometimes contribute to low mood, tiredness, anxiety, poor concentration, and negative thoughts. Your B12 level is low and Vitamin D is insufficient, so correction is important. However, persistent fear and negative thoughts may also indicate an anxiety or stress-related condition.
Next Steps
Consult a physician/psychiatrist for proper evaluation and treatment. You may require Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D supplementation along with assessment for anxiety or depression if symptoms are significant or persistent.
Health Tips
Take a balanced diet rich in B12 (milk, eggs, fish, meat) if non-vegetarian. Get regular morning sunlight exposure and mild exercise. Maintain good sleep and avoid overthinking/searching symptoms repeatedly online. Practice relaxation and breathing exercises daily. Seek help early if thoughts become overwhelming, affect sleep/work, or cause hopelessness.
