Needle like pain in breasts

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi Doctor, I'm a mom of a 20 day old son and only give him breastmilk. My nipples are dry and cracked but after feeding I'm facing needle-like pain in my breasts. The pain increased when I lay down sidewise in bed. I cannot differentiate whether it's breast pain or nipple pain due to crack. Please give me suggestions or solutions. Is this normal or anything needs to be checked seriously. Thanks 🙏
