Breast Pain
Hi...I have sharp needle like breast pain in left side sometimes fot the past 4 days..Sometimes nipple pain as well..Left breast is little hard comparing with right breast..I dont see any lumps or discharge in my breast..I am brestfeeding mother of 3 months old baby taking Lactare tablet..
What could be the reason for breast pain? Should i concult gynecologist?I am worried pls suggest...

It can be breast engorgement. Do little hot formentation and express milk. If nipple are cracked use nipple shield.

Most probably it's happening because of breast engorgement, stop taking lactare, express out all the milk from the affected breast and please consult some gynecologist.
