I don't have a wash basin in my room in the rent house where I am staying. Can I spit and spill my gurgling water after brushing teeth in the toilet pan? Is it safe? Will I develop any disease?

as long as toilet pan is clean..spitting on it is nt related to cause a disease as such..bt things are used for which its mean..so u cn spitt in sm vesell n discard it latter in it.
