Need help.....
I'm getting really very much depressed thinking about by health. I use to get tensed and depressed in almost everything.Exams, health problems.Everything. I'm having IBS problem now..This will cure only if I stop taking stress. But i can't stop having stress. And I'm becoming slightly insomniac now a days.I'm not able to sleep properly at night.

Gradually the stress links one another in life. Which really makes the person difficult to handle or cope with it. This will lead to various physical disfunction.
