Fearful about health
I was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago , now I'm fine but I'm constantly worried about my health thinking that if I overdo something like exercise or 10 hours+ studying then it can harm my health . I also suffer from panic attacks and chest pain though my ECG and echo reports are normal . Please help

Some cancers are benign some malignant. Your oncologist must have educated you about the same. Most people diagnosed with cancer have anxiety and depression you can consult an astute psychiatrist and seek remedy for that. Good luck
