Hii.. hope you and your baby is doing good. First of all myth that "you have to eat for two" ,no it's not correct.. you just need to take 400-500 kcals more maximum than your earlier body requirement . It's always better to take proper diet according to your body ,health ailments and body metabolism as all these and few other factors affect diet
Next Steps
few tips that you can follow :- 1. Avoid junk ,fried food. 2. Avoid caffeine intake . 3. Avoid carbonated beverages like pepsi ,limca ,soda etc. 4. Limit sugar and sugar enriched products like cake ,jam ,jelly ,sweet biscuits or cookies. 5. take 2 fruits and 5-6 vegetables servings daily. 6. keep yourself hydrated that's atmost important.

Hi, I would like to congratulate you for your pregnancy! You should follow a nutritious balanced diet, which includes good quality and quantity protein rich food, fresh fruits, vegetables etc. You can include soyabean, dahi/ yoghurt, paneer, cashew, almond, mixed sprouts, egg, chicken etc as source of protein rich food. Gradually you should increase your food intake and always keep yourself hydrated. You should have sound sleep about 7-8 hours and make yourself engage in different activities.
