First of all myth that "you have to eat for two" ,no it's not correct.. you just need to take 400-500 kcals more maximum than your earlier body requirement .

You should follow a nutritious balanced diet, which includes good quality and quantity protein rich food, fresh fruits, vegetables etc. You can include soyabean, dahi/ yoghurt, paneer, cashew, almond, mixed sprouts,egg, chicken etc as source of protein rich food. Gradually you should increase your food intake and always keep yourself hydrated. You should have sound sleep about 7-8 hours and make yourself engage in different activities.
