You should get an ultrasound done to rule out ectopic pregnancy as well as confirm the gestational age and then doctor can advice regarding termination after discussing all options.

It should not have been done as a self-medication in the first place.
Please seek a proper consultation with a Gynaecologist in your area who should be willing to help you in case of a complication .
First consult local gynaecologist and get scan done through which the doctor will get a clear picture of your condition and advice accordingly.Medical abortion can be done till 20 weeks but before doing that minimum blood tests have to be performed
Next Steps
Kindly don’t take any own medications
