What I do 2 month under with follicular examination treatment but no positive result of pregnancy...
In 2023 1st abortion and 2024 2nd no fetal pole development
Torch test done,sugar level,and genetic test all test are normal.. but I have thyroid issue,will take 88mcg pills,my amh level is 1.09 ..

Ur recurrent pregnancy work up u have mentioned is ok

You need a test called HSG to find out if after 2 abortions you are tubes are open or not
AMH levels are poor
You should proceed with IUI if husband seeman parameters are normal and at least one tube is open
If you fail with two cycles of IUI you should proceed with IVF

Ch3ck wheather your Thyroid tests are normal now .AMH is on lower side. May be ,better you take early decision for IVF .
