Neck sprain, too much pain when moving my neck. Taken ibrufen for relief. Pain spreaded back side as well.

It is muscle pain. Only ibuprofen will not help. Take a muscle relaxant. Cipzox tablet 2 times a day and apply balm (volini or combiflam)
