Neck + shoulder pain+ sore chest
Since 2011, I have done mutliple cardiac tests.. all normal. Since 3 months I have following issues: 1. Left jaw pain ( got 90% resolved after surgical wisdom tooth extraction) the doc said the teeth was touching the nerve and there is still some trauma and tmj effect 2. My left upper back and shoulder back is always stiff ( both on rest and activity). Neck pain is there on left.. as if something is burning or pulling it. 3. I have bad sore chest.. with various points which are painful and sometimes pain at a point near armpit. The upper chest area near collar bones extremely sore My physio says my upper back strength and muscles are very weak specially on left side.. althougth ortho said my neck doesnt have much changes. Please find attached the xray which is 2 months old. My neck comes forward, posture is bad. And this is irritating as it is on left side and takes my attention to cardiac reasons. Age 31, height 5'9 weigth -66, non smoker.. pls guide
