Since you have already taken treatment for TB lymphadenitis and repeat tests like fine needle aspiration cytology (I hope that's one of the 4 tests done) has come negative its unlikely to be recurrent TB. In any case you can. Undergo advanced TB diagnostic tests such as GeneExpert or MTB PCR for confirmation
