Neck pain ..
When I lie down slowly my head starts to feel discomfort and I feel like someone is pushing from above and my head pain neck also when I wake up after while it is fine ,I feel weird pain in my back of head and side as if it is pressed by someone and neck also get tired easily which doctor to consult I went to orthopaedic they said it's muscle problem and neurologist give migraine and anti depressent . Neck become stiff in morning too

You could have cervicogenic headache or migraine headache. Try muscle relaxers with abortive migraine medication. Or NSaids with anti convulsant. If no improvement then get mri brain with c spine.
