Response: Dear Patient, The symptoms you describe—persistent neck and head pain, pressure, and changes in speech patterns—can have multiple causes. Common possibilities include: Cervical Spondylosis (age-related wear in the neck causing pain and stiffness) Tension or Migraine Headache (often linked to stress or posture) Neurological Conditions (requiring detailed evaluation, especially with speech disturbances) Brain-Related Issues (though rare, your concerns about a tumor should be ruled out with imaging if needed) Since you are experiencing difficulty in conversations and interruptions while speaking, I strongly suggest a neurological evaluation to rule out any serious conditions. Please reach out to me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for a more detailed consultation. Your health is important—let's address your concerns properly.
