Neck pain upper jaw or tooth & ear pain

Hi ,I am experiencing pain at side of my neck & it radiates to ear ,last upper tooth,cheek,& then head,I tried doing some stretching excersizes I started getting tingling feeling in my head & felt heavy at the neck with weakness & little dizzy wenevr I put my neck down for some work ,I am a breastfeeding mother of 4 months old pls help

These may be symptoms of cervical spondylitis. There may be associated neck muscle spasm.
