Neck pain sprain
Hi, Since 3 days I've a pain in my neck, which is traveling from one end to another. I thought it would be a sprain, applied relispray and balm, but the pain still remains. Please help

It appears to be myalgia. Take analgesics for 3 days. Apply hot compresses and avoid using pillow for a few days.
