When  all your reports are normal. Then it should be because of bad posture. You should do posture correction.
Next Steps
You should consult a Physiotherapist for complete assessment and posture correction.

Correct your posture, specially while sitting, check for pillow and try avoiding head bending forward or back ward. Need physical diagnosis for proper treatment, sometimes due to misalignment of trigger points causes neck pain which is not detectable easily. Few neck exercises will help reduce pain slowly. Further more if required can contact me through practo.

There can be different reasons need to find out the exact cause of problem. Need to know more details like what is your job profile ? Are you using pillow? Is there any previous injury? So it is better if you visit to nearest physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and examination . Doctor will guide you and give you proper treatment advice and care to be taken. Physiotherapy will work if you follow all exercises sessions properly and regularly as per doctor advised then you will get proper results.
