Since one month I have been suffering with severe neck pain right side. Getting pain while sleeping and moving the face to right side.

Hai. Which profession you are into? Are you involved in occupation which requires to keep your neck in one position for long time? Have you taken any neck X-ray? Do u carry heavy bags daily? If you can answer these questions we can come into a proper diagnosis.

Pain may b due to lack of muscle strength and  sudden overuse of the muscle.. curing is simple and easy .. just to do myofacial release and pain relieving modalities will help

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

U should start physiotherapy for neck pain.  Follow ergonomic advice and avoid thick pillow.  Along with that improve ur posture.
