Neck pain near throat
I have pain on right side of neck. It orginate from deep below sternum. I drank a cup of water with head rised up and found sweliing both side of trachea inside sternum bone but one side is bit larger than other not too large (side of pain). After the pain i gets cheek and head pain on right side.I am not sure which originates first. I have no painful lymph nodes near by and no problem ins wallowing. Please help me.................
