Giddiness is felt with upper cervical involvement which can be best tackled through physiotherapy. Do hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending your neck. Take frequent breaks. Visit orthopedic physiotherapist.
Hi, neck pain usually settles with physio ( traction and IFT). once pain settled do neck muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
