Neck pain from past 1 month
Hello doctor. I have been suffering from neck pain from past 1 month. I had a ride on roller coaster where I tried saving my phone in pocket on left side. From then the pain started and got worse now a days. I am a medical student, presently in china pursuing MBBS. The pain is on left side while looking up.Can you help me getting rid of pain by home medication since consulting doctor can be difficult here.

Next Steps
You can do moist heat fomentation around the neck muscles for fifteen minutes twice daily for a week's time. Gradually you can start neck muscles stretching.

Take deep tissue massage to the shoulder muscles and neck as well. Avoid on pianfull site. Hot foamentation And shoulder rotation with neck Isometric exercises.
