Before two week i get neck pain due to irregular postion in sleep now it get continue paining. what should I do?

Try few home remedies like stretching of neck by moving neck forward(protraction) and inward (retraction) also try moist heat by hot water bag for 10 mins it will improve further strengthen your neck by strength exercises when pain goes away.  Learn more about this consult us online.

Hi, Greetings S/W Engineer, Based on your profession its common also you said you slept in wrong position. Ergonomics play major role in s/W Engineer life. Try the below things everyday. 1. Sit on the chair with shoulder and elbow on right angle. 2. Tuck the chin every 2 hours once. If not possible take Physiotherapy Treatment every Month. 3. Drink lot of Water rehydrate 4. Wash your eyes every day three times at least (Morning, Afternoon, evening) with normal water. 4. Use light weight billow 5. Stretching of neck Muscle at least once in a week 6. Start do neck Muscle Strengthening Exercises
