Based on your profession its common also you said you slept in wrong position. Ergonomics play major role in s/W Engineer life. Try the below things everyday.
1. Sit on the chair with shoulder and elbow on right angle.
2. Tuck the chin every 2 hours once. If not possible take Physiotherapy Treatment every Month.
3. Drink lot of Water rehydrate
4. Wash your eyes every day three times at least (Morning, Afternoon, evening) with normal water.
4. Use light weight billow
5. Stretching of neck Muscle at least once in a week
6. Start do neck Muscle Strengthening Exercises
