  4. Neck pain and sorness. Little effect.

Neck pain and sorness
I have neck pain which sometimes moves to right arm since 3 weeks. Sometimes i can hear some sudden voice from my neck while moving it. I have taken 2 myospas th4 once a day but with very little effect.
