Care AI Shimmer
Try using cold pack...it gives spontaneous relief...and do not sleep without pillow or with a very huge pillow. Also visit a physiotherapist nearby you. Thank you

Pain could be bcoz of wrong sleeping posture. Make sure you use proper firm pillow while sleeping which will help to keep your  neck in neutral position. Avoid sleeping on your stomach. If pain still present after correcting posture than please consult nearest Physiotherapist.

Pain might have occurred due to incorrect sleep posture. Incorrect sleep posture can lead to pain and stiffness of neck muscles. Use special pillow that supports natural curve of your neck and also supports contour of your head. Don't use high pillows which keeps your neck bent. When you are lying on to one side make sure your spine is straight.
Next Steps
Apply ice for 15-20mins. Consult physiotherapist  for reducing pain and stiffness, improving flexibility of neck and shoulder muscles.
