  4. Neck pain above the left shoulder. I do?

Neck pain above the left shoulder
Since last day there is extreme pain in my mother's neck. There is pain even when she turns her head. Though I applied Moov on her neck but with least reduction in pain.. So what should I do??

Dear it seems like muscle spasm first confirm with x-ray then can start muscle relaxant
