Neck,leg and arm pain
Hi , I am experiencing neck ,leg ,arm , back pain and jaw stiffness while eating with lightheadedness and mild  eye pain from last 3 days but right now feeling more. Not having any fever . I have low vitamin d -7.68 ng/ml and b12-172 pg/ml and b9-3.20 ng/ml  which i got tested last month. Kindly suggest what it can be , does it's a symptoms of stroke or anything else.
