Due to improper posture and poor diet it got radiated. you need to consult in person at nearest expert physiotherapist for proper treatment. It will take 10 - 15 days to complete the sessions  and later you need to maintain proper posture and must do regular warm up exercises if working for long hours.

It's really common among youngsters who work in it sector. It's due to work in same posture for so long. It can be due to spasm. But it's matter of diagnosis. You can use hot pack to soften your muscles with gentle massage. Avoid using pillow. Use soft towel under your head.

Since when are you having this pain? Has this happened just once or this has been happening for a while? If this is acute this could be due to spasm of neck and shoulder muscles.

Do hot fomentation or ice pack. Can lie down and rest with a towel roll under your neck. The roll should fill the gap behind your neck when you lie down. Can also apply ointments for pain relief.
