Neck and Shoulder pain
My wife is having severe pain at the back of her neck and the pain extends to her right shoulder. No previous history of any disease/ pain etc. Kindly suggest me a doctor to whom I can contact.

What is her profession? How much is her gadget use? How much does she require to be in forward bend position at the neck through the day? Ask her to do regular movements of her neck and work in such a way that things are at her eye level.

She might have postural alignment issues. In her case, it seems like involvement of trapezius muscle. Which in turn gets affected because of overuse or disuse.
