I went to doctor due to my neck and shoulder pain and needles like pricking on shoulder. What is the possible issue and what is the treatment?

There is a possibility of a cervical disc prolapse, which might be giving issues, please get a mri of cervical spine, then i will be able to advise you treatment. Thank you
