Neck and shoulder pain
I have been having neck pain for one month now. When I sit for two hours on my desk my neck and shoulder become tense and hurt a lot. The pain increases while sitting but decreases when walking. I have also tingling in my right shoulder blade. I spend a lot of time sitting and looking to my phone.
