My vitamin d: 22 B12: 444 Remaining all in blood test looks fine. Let me know if ai need to show neurologist not sure if it is due to some nerve issue as the pain is persistent.

Neck and shoulder pain can be caused by various factors, including nerve-related problems, muscle strain, or joint-related problems. It is possible that your pain is related to nerve issues, especially since it has been persistent for a year despite taking medication. However, it is also possible that the pain is related to muscle or joint problems. Thyroid issues are not typically associated with neck and shoulder pain, but it is still important to manage your thyroid condition and keep your levels within normal range. Your vitamin D levels are low, which can contribute to musculoskeletal pain and should be addressed. Since your symptoms have not improved with medication, it may be beneficial to see an orthopedist for further evaluation. They can perform a thorough examination and suggest further testing, such as nerve conduction studies or imaging tests, to identify the underlying cause of your pain. In the meantime, you can also try gentle stretching exercises and heat or ice therapy to help alleviate your symptoms.
