No problems comes,you have to take physiotherapy treatment my opinion you should practice isometric and isotonic exercises, before this exercise apply hot pack or ice pack to relieve the pain, if your pain is unbearable you should take electro therapy instant pain relief like IFT, ultrasound, therapist explained to you,
