Hello doctor I'm having lot of shoulder stiffness and pain in my neck which is leading to headache..

Ideally needs clinical examination . Start with hot fomentation , shoulder n neck exercises, posture care and anti-inflammatory medicines for the time being.

To me it looks like a cervical problem, get MRI cervical spine done. Take paracetamol 650 mg  when needed maximum 3 times a day
