I presume you have desk job. Looks for seat ergonomics in an Internet search and follow the principle which will help in prevention and worsening of the symptoms. Also look for back care and posture technique. A good physio therapist will be able to release the spasm. I would recommend manual therapy. If not settling please get the help of an orthopedic surgeon. However I am confident that a good physio will be able to give you instant result and advice on exercises to avoid recurrence.
