Neck acne with shoulder and neck pain

I m having neck and shoulder pain from last 20 days and I am having neck acne also.are these both things related.please advise

They are not connected, but the acne can give you local pain... Acne needs antibiotics.. Pain killer and muscle relaxant for pain...

If both acne and pain u felt arround same time then it can be because of that.. if acne is treated then pain will automatically subside . For that u may have to start taking infection tablet.. u can consult online.. or u can directly consult a dermatologist for further treatment.. meanwhile drink plenty of fluids, correct your sitting and neck posture, do minimal excercise for neck
