I have neck and shoulder pain for past 1 month. I am bit heavy though I don't have any other issues. But my neck hurts when i twist

May be simple muscle pain. Take simple painkiller with muscle relaxant eg. Tab zerodol mr 1tab bd 5days, with tab neurokind plus 1tab od. Take hot compress. You can go for a xray cervical spine ap+lat if the pain is chronic in nature/consult with physician. Be healthy and happy. ,😊
