Nausea tired
Hi.. I am unable to at food for past 1.5 months.. I have more mood swings.. I feel nausea always.. I am unable to sleep.. I feel tired always.. I hate to see food.. I have my period regularly.. even I had jan 11... I am getting anger on seeing every thing.. I feel like crying... some times my stomach pains a lot.. after some time it does not pains.. getting headaches often... feeling like vomiting but not getting vomit... what Will be the reason for it...

Are you a housewife or employed. Monotony may be the reason. Drink plenty of water. Do regular physical exercises for atleast 1-2 hours in the morning. Read books on your favourite subject. Don't be idle. Do some constructive work. Meet your old friends regularly. If possible try change of place .
