Nasal perforation
I have been battling a cocaine addiction for the last year. 3 days ago I discovered a hole in my nose. I immediately stopped taking cocaine (I literally emptied the bag in to the toilet). I've spent hours crying. Will it keep getting bigger. What do I do?

It is common for people using cocaine to have Septal perforation. Once you stop using cocaine perforation will stabilize and won't increase in size. If it is asymptomatic and not causing any trouble to you then you can leave it alone. If you have symptoms of whistling sound in nose, crusting and bleeding from nose then you should consult nearby ENT specialist for surgical option. Surgery is done only you complete deaddiction process from cocaine
