Nasal bone of feotus
I m pregnant with twins. One of my feotus was showing normal nasal bone at first trimester screening . But when I went for anamoly scan the nasal bone appeared to be small as compared to the set parameters. The nasal bone at trimester 1 screening was 1.9mm and now it's showing2.7 mm. All other parameters either in screening 1and are normal. Is this indication of trisomy 21. What should I do

See nothing can be done as you can't do triple  marker etc in twin, no use. Relax. As anyway you have to continue pregnancy for both babies. Stay positive and pray
