I m 26 weeks 1 day pregnant my feotus right kidney is affected with hydronepherosis and pedatric surgeon has suggested the treatment tiil now liquor is adequate treatment will be after delivery and when i was 24 weeks pregnant feotus weight was 525 gms which is low at 26 weeks doc chked the cndtn of placenta placenta is anterior with good feotus movement and liquor is also adequate they said these all are plus points i am totally worried abt baby weight what should i do as amnio and ngs test has been all that report came negative so doc told me to cont this pregnancy plz tell something abf to increase feotus weight

I think you are getting unnecessarily worked up about baby's hydronephrosis. Wait for the delivery. The real weight gain of the baby is after 28 weeks. You should get baby weight assessed at 30 weeks. Then you can decide whether you have to worry or not.

Hello Hydronephrosis will be dealt after delivery. As far as baby weight is concerned, it'd be easier to comment by seeing the scan report .
Next Steps
1) dont stand for too long 2) while lying down, sleep in left lateral position or any side . dont sleep straight for too long as it may compress on the blood vessel and blood supply to uterus will be reduced . 3) additional calorie of 350kcal apart from your actual calorie has to be taken
