Hypoplastic nasal bone

Asked for Female, 29 Years

M pregnant with twins. Now my 8 th month is running. In level 2 ultrasound Dr told one of the baby is having hypoplastic nasal bone. Rest everything is normal. Although in my first level ultrasound everything was normal is both feotus. And even till date in all ultrasound all other ratios and measurement is coming Norma and in line with each other. Can there be still a chance of down syndrome.
