Nail pain and swollen

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I keep getting pains beside my figernail and it swells up alot and pusses. It is very painful and i just pop it to remoce the puss and blood and with a couple days it ussualy heals. But i have been getting it consietnly on the same twp fingernails
