Nail in grown in my toe

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have a problem with my toe nail which is in grown. I had a small surgery 3 yrs back for removal of my nail. But since past 6 months it is again causing pain and infection. Please recommend a permanent solution for this and please recommend a good surgeon.
