Hi, For the past four years, I have been suffering from finger nail clubbing. It is painless but make my fingers look weird. I also suffer from mild abdominal pain and I came to know that I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome from my previous consultancy with doctors and that there is no solution to that other than diet control. I also suffer from occasional sinusitis and wheezing problems. I am allergic to dust and weather changes. I am not sure what underlying problem is causing my finger nails to club. Please guide me with proper directions to go about this.

Hi most common causes of nail clubbing is a Bronchial disease ( Bronchitis , Bronchiactasis) And inflammatory bowel disease like Crohns or ulcerative colitis.
You need to get evaluated- a chest x ray to rule out lungs pathology and if symptoms of lower gastrointestinal problem like Diarrhoea / blood in stool then colonoscopy.
